We usually reply within two business days. Tips on charger specs are especially welcome: if a wattage or cable claim on our pages does not match what you measure, tell us both numbers and we will investigate.

Corrections policy

If we got something wrong, we fix it and note the correction at the bottom of the page. Charger specifications and pricing change; if you spot something stale, a short email with a source link is all we need.
